1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ge15 ("Platform", "us", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ge15 website at ge15.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access ge15's full range of services, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ge15 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Ge15 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including during withdrawal processing or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to complete the verification process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ge15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ge15 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX (direct internet banking), TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other approved digital wallet options.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable limits before initiating any transaction. ge15 is not liable for any losses resulting from errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. The use of another person's bank account or digital wallet is strictly prohibited. ge15 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until identity verification is completed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take between one and three business days under normal circumstances.

Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or transactions that violate Malaysian law will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be terminated immediately.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As a ge15 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the gaming or payment systems;
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person;

• Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on another person's privacy rights;
• Taking any action that could compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of ge15.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any balance held in the account (where fraud is involved), and appropriate legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Ge15 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, ge15 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses and other harmful components.

Ge15 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, internet service disruptions, device failures, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino games carry financial risk, and that ge15 makes no guarantee of winnings. All game outcomes are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure on ge15's part.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
